This was a laboratory test like made on Chris Evans in Captain America: The First Avenger , which was successful and change the world of Electric Cars.

In 2011, the vehicle reached a 0–60 mph (0–97 km/h) time in 1.6 seconds. The car has also beaten the existing top speed record on a race circuit, previously held by a Veyron. The car is the result of the electric motor evolution, and can be singled out as a milestone in electric cars' performance and top research.

3] Blood Shed Motors Zombie 222
The White Zombie is '68 Mustang which was turned fully electric by American Zombie Motors. It is 800 bhp with speed of 0-60 in less than 2.4 seconds . They convert the retro beast in fully electric car.

The Atom was choosen for this purpose as light in weight and efficient  design.

Built by SanFrancisco-based New Zealand engineer Ian Wright got :
  • 0–96.56 km/h (0-60 mph) 2.9 seconds
  • Standing quarter mile (400 m) 11.6 seconds
  • Top speed 167.37 km/h (104 mph) (electronically limited)
  • Range >160.93 km (>100 miles) in urban use
  • Charger: onboard conductive. Input 100-250V 50 or 60 Hz.
  • Current: user adjustable up to 80A
  • Energy consumption 125 WHr/km (200 WHr/mile) in urban use, equivalent to

1.4 L/100 km (170 mpg) (8920 WHr/L or 33,705 WHr/gallo

7] Spark-Renault SRT_01E

The Spark-Renault SRT_01E is an electric formula race car designed for the inaugural season of
Formula E in 2014-15. The car is the result of a 10-month collaboration between
 Spark Racing Technology,
McLaren Electronic System , William Advanced engineering,  Dallara and Renault .

Performance

  • Acceleration: 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) in 3 s — Estimated
  • Maximum speed: 225 km/hr (140 mph) (FIA limited)
Final performance figures are still to be verified.
